Batteries, Atomisers, Coils and Info on your Receipt
Always keep your receipt. Your receipt is your proof of purchase-warranty. Atomisers and coils are excluded from all warranties. We will at our discretion offer to repair or replace batteries within 30 days if faulty. This excludes batteries found to have damage caused, faults or any misuse caused by water. On your receipt.

(***) Batteries must only be charged using the correct charging plug which has an output of 5volts-1amp. Failure to do so causes a risk of fire, electrocution or explosion and will invalidate the guarantee. Batteries should never be charged unattended and should be disconnected from charging plug when they are fully charged.
(****) Sold as spare parts and is incapable of holding or vaporising E Liquid without user assembly/ modification.
The original date of purchase for warranty purposes still applies on exchanged/ repaired batteries.

Due to traceability issues and for your personal protection, there are no exchanges or refunds on E-Liquids, CBD, Other Liquid Sales or Atomisers... NO EXCEPTIONS
Ecigkiosks holds no liability for reactions, side effects or any other issue if the product is misused. Ecigkiosks guarantees that all goods offered for sale on this website are fit for their intended purpose. Ecigkiosks reserves the right to change, add or or amend content or information contained in this website at any time.
Competition Official Rules
All entrants must be 18+ years. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person please.
Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified!
Competitions are open to Northern Ireland residents only unless otherwise stated
Prize must be collected in person from one of our three shops. Prize cannot be exchanged for other products or any monetary amount.
Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
Winner will be contacted via email/ text & names displayed on our website/social media.
The Judges decision is final and no further correspondance will be entered in to.
E Cig Kiosks is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
Online Delivery, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy
- Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.
Online shopping:
We will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and offer the following options:
- Send a similar, alternative item.
- Let you know how long it will be before the item is available. And then send it if you're prepared to wait.
- Cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Dispatch:
Goods will usually be despatched within three working days subject to availability. The method and address for delivery will be specified on the customer order. All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail (for parcels up to 2kg) Anything over 2kg will be sent via courier and a shipping quote advised via email
EU & international delivery charges:
If an international parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will contact you by email with a delivery quote. You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order.
Sending an order as a gift:
Deliveries can be made to a different address to the credit cardholder's. (You can also take advantage of our free gift wrapping and personalized message service). The invoice will be sent by seperate cover to the cardholder's address.
Online Returns:
Under the Sale of Goods act, in the case of faulty goods, we allow a period of seven working days from receipt of the goods, for the customer to reject and return the goods for an exchange or full refund. All other refunds are made at the discretion of the company. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Please use the contact form to advise Ecigkiosks regarding faulty goods. Give as much detail as possible.
Cancellation of order:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within fourteen days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these regulations should initially advise the return via the contact form. Once agreed with Ecigkiosk the goods should be returned (in their original packing and in their original condition) to:

Ecigkiosks will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or tracked method of delivery. Once we receive the goods, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit / debit card. We will send you an acknowledgement of this by email. Cost of return is the covered by the customer.

Ecigkiosks does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
