Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.
We will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and offer the following options:
- Send a similar, alternative item.
- Let you know how long it will be before the item is available. And then send it if you're prepared to wait.
- Cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Goods will usually be despatched within three working days subject to availability. The method and address for delivery will be specified on the customer order. All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail (for parcels up to 2kg) Anything over 2kg will be sent via courier and a shipping quote advised via email
EU & international delivery charges:
If an international parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will contact you by email with a delivery quote. You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order.
Sending an order as a gift:
Deliveries can be made to a different address to the credit cardholder's. (You can also take advantage of our free gift wrapping and personalized message service). The invoice will be sent by seperate cover to the cardholder's address.
Under the Sale of Goods act, in the case of faulty goods, we allow a period of seven working days from receipt of the goods, for the customer to reject and return the goods for an exchange or full refund. All other refunds are made at the discretion of the company. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Please use the contact form to advise Ecigkiosks regarding faulty goods. Give as much detail as possible.
Cancellation of order:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within fourteen days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these regulations should initially advise the return via the contact form. Once agreed with Ecigkiosk the goods should be returned (in their original packing and in their original condition) to:

Ecigkiosks will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or tracked method of delivery. Once we receive the goods, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit / debit card. We will send you an acknowledgement of this by email. Cost of return is the covered by the customer.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Northern Ireland and parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
